His career has been dedicated to optimizing production processes, managing large-scale projects, and driving efficiency across diverse manufacturing environments. Lubomir’s hands-on experience with process technology, facility upgrades, and Lean methodologies equips him with the practical insights to help businesses streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth.
